Over the warm weekend, the Hubby and I had lots of fun as mentioned in my previous post. Here is what I wore for the warm Spring weather.

I've had this skirt for a few years now, but didn't really know how else to style it instead of the usual tank or tee. I love that the weather makes it possible for layering.

{ Wear } Warm Weekend

Hello readers and happy Tuesday to you!

Over the weekend the Hubby and I headed to Marin to meet up with friends for brunch. The day was beautiful and warm, although not as warm as the previous day. It's so nice to show some leg and to wear sandals for a change. I never thought I would miss having my tootsies out like they were in Florida.

I've been a fan of pairing stripes with florals for a few years now, but I never owned a stripe tee. Now I have 3 and I think I'll keep adding to that collection. I've found my stripe tees to be versatile and I haven't run out of ways to wear them.

{ Week } In Photos

Hi readers and happy Monday! I hope you all had a fantastic weekend! The Hubby and I enjoyed the extremely warm weather and visited friends. I hope you will enjoy the photos from my week!

This week's flowers: Red, Purple and Green Gladiolus (Gladioli?) 

I'm not sure what these are called, but I like the different patterns on the blooms. 

Tried this recipe to dress up basic pancakes. I think next time I'll add pecans to kick it up a notch. 

The weather this weekend reached the low 80's so we drove to Sibley Volcanic Regional Park. There were many hikers and cyclists enjoying the day.

After our outing we went to Pyramid Brewery in Berkeley for apps and a beer. They brew their own beers and have special seasonal beers that are a must-try.  If you ever have a chance to visit the area, I highly recommend this place.
